Pregnancy~ A Summary

reminiscing on my pregnancy journey when I should be doing my assignments (huhuhuu). I feel comfortable sharing this stuff now rather than when I was pregnant, coz I didn't want to jinx anything (yes I'm superstitious when it comes to blogging). Let's look at how the fat lady progressed!

TRIMESTER 1

week 6: find out we're pregnant!

week 9: selamat hari raya 1432 Hijrah!

week 12: back to school!

TRIMESTER 2

week 14: faizalazwin 1st anniversary!

week 16: sent mum & dad off to perform Hajj

week 16 day 3: doc told us we were having a boboiboy!!

week 19: off to the zoo

week 22: welcoming our parents back from Makkah

TRIMESTER 3

week 27: Happy New Year 2012

week 28: Final Exam's Sem 1 2011/12

week 29: first 3D scan (a bit late tho)

week 30: fly to kl to stay wif mum till time to give birth

week 31: pregnancy photoshoot

week 31: pure reunion (awesomeness!)

week 33: hubby's ex-studiomate wedding

week 35: aimi's wedding

week 39: waiting to pop

gave birth at 39 weeks 5 days hehe

Aween the Batwoman; with a growing bump :D

kejap jerh, this week dah the third week of my master's classes ;p assignment dah due every week! macam tak leh keep track dah. waaaaarghhh. highlights of the past 2 weeks are:-


1) had a 2 day introduction course/talks in the first week (9am-5pm) and have classes start straightaway that nite (7pm-10pm) that was TIRING


2) classes had started right away, every nite from monday-friday (T_T) and saturday evening, 3 hrs per class. hence. i've become batwoman! only coming out at nite. oh i do feel that my skin is much more brighter than it used to be. hehe


3) assignments are poring in. apparently normal assignments require minimum 15-20 journals as references. erkk. fyi, reading educational material+aween=SLEEP


4) hubby has been going to the gym more regularly while waiting for my classes to be over. hehe. at least something good is coming out of this


5) got some new friends i made from my classes & still bangga-hidung-kembang when they are shocked to find out im married (dorg ingat aku kawin muda!), perasan awet muda totally gives boost to my adrenalin haha :D so trying to act as if im still an undergrad by dressing like them , but its getting harder when my tummy is starting to show...........thus the 'other' important update:

believe me, it took me this long to hold my stories in my blog, that means it took me that long to sink in the fact i have a miracle growing in my belly. to be fair i'm starting to jot everything about my journey in the good old traditional diary= a hardcover book. 


but i'll be sharing the funny stories of how i had a lecture from the doctor on the birds and bees (becoz i was sooo in denial-x pecaye hehe) and little updates of si junior yang pandai isap jari nih, when i have the time. which i have alot of, but i have to dedicate that to assignments and television and movies and going out with husband hehe (yes please hate the unemployed-by-choice me, but im really happy!)


i dont have the facebook ticker-weekly updates becoz why would i want to remind most of the 600 ppl on fb (excluding those that have hidden me in their newsfeed, so maybe that would leave about 20 ppl) how junior is growing each week? im just not that into reporting to everyone, same as how i feel about telling your facebook community where u are every hour~ish, dorg ni x takut stalkers ke?


yeah2 cakap lebat, aku bukan condemn org yang buat, tapi aku kat sini announcing preggers, same jugak kan. hehe. in a way i know most of my readers are total strangers and the ones that do know me have their own extra effort to know whats going on in my life ye tak. hmm or is it preggers over-hormones speaking

Well, im going to KL next week. Alhamdulillah pasal my parents are going to perform Hajj this year. me being the eldest, OF COZ, i worry about my 5 little rascals (even tho dah x brape little dah). camne dorg nak makan minum, kemas rumah? oh, my telephone bill is going up this following month calling them every single day.


Im hoping my parents gain their Haji Mabrur, dipermudahkan urusan & perjalanan and of course stay healthy and happy till they come back to us in December :) InsyaAllah

Anniversary Freshness

got a special delivery at the office last wednesday

ramai ingat it was a belated valentines day gift, but nahh..

we don't celebrate that,

 love doesn't need to be celebrated on only th 14th feb rite?

 hubby sent me a bunch of flowers :)

 gerbera daisy (ok i googled that up)

 and fruits too. to support his 'biggest loser' candidate :)

it was for our 4-year love journey & 4th month marriage

your so sweet baby , making me miss you even more T_T

 my beloved committee prepping up the cake table for the just arrived 3-tier cake

 discussing on how to decorate it, then...

 lets all huddle together and do this!

 hasilanyaaaaa...sungguh comel & gorjes & i love u guys so much

 under all the glam of its exterior, inside were three-scrumptios layers of red-velvet cake (because i just love kayes red-velvet ok, its to-die for!!!)

I can't not blog about my amazingly beautiful FREE khemah, that i proudly used for my nikah ceremony & malam berinai besar. Untuk yang terlepas cerita, i won this pretty canopy and all its loveliness from a contest i had entered after i got engaged in 2009 ;) detailed story HERE , as a promise to my sponsors,

 i hereby blog on the gorgeous prize i won thru a slogan contest :)

there were around 4 or 5 contests, each untuk kategory sendiri, make-up & busana, video & photography, pelamin deco, etc. and to tell the truth i sent in entries for almost all of them, saje nak try my luck

menarik bukan? x terliur untuk a budget bride like me?

time ni dah brangan dah, kalaulah dapat khemah ni,

at least xdela nampak simple sangat nikah &

 malam berinai aku kat umah nanti

 & boleh guna duit tuk bayar catering

in April 2010, kak Suria from NSJ Events came over to our house to discuss on what event i was having & the theme colour i wanted for the deco. Honestly, time tu i still wasn't sure what colours to choose as i had already set my heart and konon having a white themed colour wedding

tapi kak suria advised (kata pun khemah consultant), biarlah ada colour sikit, bru nampak ceria & meriah, my mum & sis pun stuju so we all agreed on white, cream & gold for the khemah deco. thus everything else followed along as well, gold + cream

  

view from the front, there are actually 2 canopies, kak suria's is the one behind, the one in front is by my mums friend (dpt harga sgt murah, extremely lower than market rate)

tadaaaaaa, this is the lovely decorated canopy from NSJ Events, 20 x 20ft size, full with gold & white deco, 4 fully decorated tables, 32 chairs with cover & ribbons, meja beradap luciously decorated with fresh gorgeous flowers, large fans, backdrop, garden deco & ceiling garden balls (with lights) as well as 8 white-ribboned chivalry chairs :)

i love the flowers so so so soooooooo much. i was still busy going in and out of the house doing final chores when kak suria and her gang came to decorate the canopy, i had some time after to talk to the flower decorater, memang teliti sangat kerja dia and he said kak suria normally appoints him for flower decorating jobs (freelancer). also help take pictures for them too, hehe
